Dividir: Alternar La Ruta A Través De Huarte O Siga El Camino

En la zona de picnic adyacente a la carretera puede elegir su propia aventura. La mayoría de los caminantes continúan hacia adelante y hacia arriba. Opcionalmente puede seguir el río, manteniéndolo a su derecha, en una ruta alternativa hacia Huarte (albergue municipal, todos los servicios) y hacia Pamplona (sin pasar por Trinidad de Arre, Villava y Burlada). Esta ruta es marginalmente más larga que la otra, pero evita el ascenso muy obvio desde aquí.

It’s nice to take the river route for the first few kilometers but check the map before or after Huarte where you can switch to the original route. There’s very few yellow arrows on the river route and it’s indeed much longer if you follow it all the way to Pamplona

Camino de Sant…

Oh man, this is a confusing road. Unless you’ve got a good GPS map and you’re using it a lot, I’d recommend the climb instead. There’s two paths on this detour, the river route to Pamplona (which is much much longer), and then a few arrows to Santiago. When you get to Huarte, there are a few yellow arrows on buildings like the rest of the path this far, then there are yellow chevrons on the ground, which I’m still not sure I should have followed, as they lease you to the center of the town. I was able to continue there to the river and follow it (along with my GPS app).
