Don’t bank on the food truck being there- sometimes he leaves by 12:30. I (foolishly) thought this would be my lunch spot and there was no food truck when I got there, so was staaaaarving the rest of the way.

Just before Napoleon's pass and a rough climb, this Man With A Van will help you refuel. Excellent sello as well.
Here you can grab water bottles, fruits and cereal bars. Coffee is a boon. After this, nothing until Roncesvalles. Consider that by the time you get to your bed, it will be 15:00 or later: you might want to grab a snack.

Seemed like a mirage as I came around a bend in dire need of a Coke. This guy is a national treasure for the service he provides and where he provides it -- and I told him so! Don't forget to get a stamp.
