Bar y restaurante adjunto con un bonito patio delante. A la entrada del pueblo muy pequeño. Dormitorios de 10 plazas. Ventas de Narón es una aldea muy tranquila donde puedes evitar las masas de gente que empiezan a acumularse en este tramo del camino.

Casa Molar no tenía agua caliente. Así que tuve que ducharme con agua fría siendo la primera persona en llegar.

Bajé para conseguir algo de comer y me dijeron que no abrían la cocina hasta las 7:00. Les mencioné el agua helada. Se disculparon y volvieron a encender la caldera.

Volví 30 minutos después y me dijeron que habían cerrado la cocina. Esto sucedió mientras estaba sentado en una mesa afuera.

Fue obvio en la interacción anterior sobre pedir bebidas que los trabajadores no querían trabajar.

Pedí el libro de reclamaciones y la señora se enojó conmigo.

Le dije que no iba a ser tratado así y me fui a buscar algo de comer. Ella se negó a proporcionarme un formulario de reclamación. Así que lo presenté en línea.

A la mañana siguiente, las habitaciones privadas que son para peregrinos estaban ocupadas por las mujeres que trabajan aquí.

Entonces cuando te dicen que no hay habitaciones privadas disponibles, este es el motivo.

Ante cualquier problema, les sugiero que pidan un formulario de reclamación y si no se lo proporcionan, presenten una reclamación en línea.

Un solo baño (ducha e inodoro combinados) para los 18 camas. Solo medio lleno el 22 de mayo. Las camas no son muy cómodas pero dormí bien. Sin chinches

I contacted the albergue several days in advance asking for two beds in the shared room on a certain date. We arrived, and the couldn’t initially find our reservation until I spotted my name down for the wrong date. Not only that, they had us in a double room, not in the bunk room. Luckily they would fit us in still that day, but we were still in the double room - just a double bed, not a twin option. Everything was fine, but I’m not sure I would be in a rush to stay again.

The place is clean enough, and no bedbugs, but the dorm is very old and so are the bunk beds. It takes quite a bit of balance and courage to go in the top bunk, and the whole thing is squeaking when you turn around. You can also feels the springs from the mattress. Another lady said she saw a mouse in the dorm, but I didn’t see or hear anything to be fair. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but don’t be afraid to if you must

Okish place to stay
Beds already made - made me a bit suspect! Slept on top in my sleeping bag as usual
€15 for bed, €16 for dinner (it was also ok, nothing special) can pay by card
2 young girls left the place after seeing made up beds etc
Shower ok - only 1 for 11 beds (in our room) must have live in staff that use the other shower/toilet room, it was soon locked so we only had the one.
I don't recommend

Despite our lack of Spanish, the owner showed good humour and welcomed us. We managed to get a double room, hot showers, laundry done and a hearty pilgrim meal. Room and food was great value.

We woke up 4am in the dorm with the bed full of bedbugs. We immediately left the room and took our stuff outside. While sitting outside and making a plan, everyone else in the room was also leaving. They all had bedbugs in their beds.

We considered waiting until the owner was showing up in morning. But based on a google review we found about the owner not taking it seriously, we preferred to walk and have time to get everything fixed when when we arrived.
