Siento que he entrado en un universo paralelo con respecto a algunas de las reseñas de abajo. Basándome en las reseñas, hice una reserva, y cuando llegué a las 4:30 y toqué a la puerta principal, estaba cerrada y nadie respondió. Caminé alrededor de la parte trasera, había peregrinos esperando, les habían dicho que no abrían hasta las 7 PM. Bizarro considerando que el dueño podría haber vendido muchos snacks y bebidas a este grupo que esperaba, comencé a sospechar que no le gustan los peregrinos ni el dinero. A las 7, abrió la puerta e inmediatamente me insultó severamente por haber golpeado su puerta antes. Él sabía que era yo, lo que significa que escuchó, vio e ignoró. Exactamente lo opuesto a mi experiencia en cinco Caminos y más de 100 albergues, nunca he encontrado algo así. Suprimí mi impulso de argumentar que tocar cuando tienes una reserva es algo que hacen las personas normales e insistí en disculparme. Luego intenté hacer una pregunta sobre comida, pero él insistió – repetida y muy groséramente – en que pagara primero antes de responder ninguna pregunta. Finalmente dijo "¿quieres registrarte o no". La respuesta fue fácil – me fui sin saber a dónde ir dada la hora tardía, pero resultó estar bien. Insto fuertemente a los peregrinos a que planifiquen su itinerario para evitar a este tipo – el peor hospitalero jamás – sus talentos serían mejor utilizados trabajando en el sistema penitenciario español.

What a wonderful experience in an “off schedule” and quaint small village. The hosts are among the most welcoming of my more than 600km on the Norte. Small Taberna/restaurante attached to the albergue. Clothes washed and dried by the hostess for just €6. Albergue was €14 and mid afternoon meal was just less than €10. Highly recommended!

Fabulous host and loved the albergue up in the hills. Had a lovely swim in the pool, looking out to mountains. Food at the bar and sleeping space and bathrooms are well thought out. It was a really peaceful stay.

The albergue is very clean and has 2 microwaves if you need to heat things brought from preceding town! Laundry was done and food / atmosphere was great! Crystal clear pool but in October boot for us! Still looking for a hot tub!

We stayed overnight at this albergue on July 18th. Everything is clean and tidy, the garden and pool are amazing. The restaurant has very good prices and offers breakfast (8am), but in the evening we asked to make sandwiches for us so that we could leave out early in the morning and eat on the way. The owner tried very hard to help with everything. He can't be nice, his nature is different, but he tries very hard 😄

This is a very comfortable alberrgue in a rustic setting. The proprietor was welcoming and the food was good. Recommend.

I stayed here in April. Although in the night it became a little cold, I enjoyed my stay here, especially because of the garden with a really nice view. Small kitchen only with a kettle and a microwave. I didn’t eat in the bar, only had a coffee there the next morning. It’s a simple albergue, but I somehow liked it!

Came to this Albergue an hour before opening in the pouring rain. Asked to used the bueno and was turned away. Horrible. That’s not the peregrino spirit. Did I mention it was in the pouring rain? So now we had to go in the field IN THE POURING RAIN. SHAMEFUL.

I was the only one and I don't unverstand that not more people stop over here.
It is nice, clean and the people were very friendly. The dinner was delicious.
