As someone below commented, don't stop at the first bar you come to in El Ganso. The bar as you leave town is relaxing, the staff are welcoming and the food delicious. I had the avocado toast!

There's a pleasant little cafe, market and garden rest stop right before you leave town. They're well stocked, open early (7:30 or earlier), have wifi and a friendly cat.

Directly next to the cowboy bar is a private accommodation runned by a nice lady. Bed is 7€, pilgrims menu Home Made is 9€
Very cold.
