The little shop has everything you can think of, so a good place to stock up. Food and coffee at the restaurant was great. I stayed in a private room, which was comfortable and clean. I used the laundry machines at the hostel, which was very efficient but a tad expensive due to the industrial size. If you are able to, wait for other pilgrims to arrive and do a shared wash and dry.

We stayed here on a Saturday night - lots of locals, but the bar area downstairs was isolated by an enclosed glass panel and door which kept the noise out beautifully for the upstairs hotel rooms.
The room and bathroom were very spacious and impeccably clean - though the shower rose needed to be reattatched
The views from our room were amazing!!
The beds were incredibly comfortable - 2 x extra wide singles - easily pushed together.
And the food served for lunch was very tasty.
Would recommend.

Delicious food in the restaurant; horribly thin walls in the hotel. Could hear the conversations and snores of my neighbors. There is also a work yard of some sort right next to the hotel. I asked a woman in the restaurant what time check-out for the hotel was and she told me 10am; when I got to the room the sign on the door says 11am; don’t know what to make of that. I like leaving later so I am more likely to walk in solitude and also because there has been very dense fog which is lightest midday.

nice quiet clean room, restaurant downstairs has fresh squeezed orange juice in frosted glasses, nice touch!
