Nach ein paar Nächten im Schlafsaal beschloss ich, ein privates Doppelzimmer mit einem anderen Pilger zu teilen, mit dem ich Freundschaft schloss. Es war ein wunderschöner Luxus nach mehreren Nächten mit schlechtem Schlaf! Wir hatten Handtücher, Baumwollbettlaken, ein eigenes Badezimmer und Duschgel. Die Dusche war wunderbar heiß. Keine Kochgelegenheiten vorhanden, nur eine Mikrowelle. Es gibt einen Innenhof, in dem man zusammensitzen und essen kann. Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber kein direktes Sonnenlicht zum Trocknen der aufgehängten Wäsche. €60 für das Zimmer, also €30 pro Person. Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und findet in der Bäckerei um die Ecke statt.

Für €15 pro Nacht würde ich mir wünschen, dass die Badezimmer Handseife hätten und die Toilettenkabinen genug Toilettenpapier für die ganze Nacht hätten...

Now €15. Lots of beds, fairly spaced out and in all sorts of room sizes, with no bunk beds. You’re given a paper sheet and pillow cover. Kitchen is a kitchenette, so can’t really cook a proper meal, but there’s a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. Large spaces and options for washing machines by fee or hand washing. Bathrooms are good and clean. Also close to the river area (popular with locals) down from the bridge for a nice cold swim if you need one.

It may be due to the room I was assigned but it is excessively hot, with all windows open. Sun blasting through minimalistic shades with no air movement. Might be cheap but not sure it’s worth the savings after a hard day

just over the bridge. 15€ for a space in the dorm. Large room with plenty of space, power points, all beds at ground level. No blankets or towels and kitchenette rather than full kitchen facilities but large dining area with space to hand wash your clothes. There is also 1 washing machine and dryer. Seems like the kind of place that would stay cool in summer.

Non si può prenotare, ma la struttura ha circa una sessantina di posti, quindi è difficile restare fuori anche arrivando tardi. Non forniscono lenzuola o asciugamani, ma il posto è molto bello e pulito. Soddisfatti.

The albergue is open, €12/night, check in from 2 pm, you only get the bed and single-use paper sheets, so sleeping bag needed.
