Es waren Haare auf den Laken und Anzeichen von Bettwanzen in den Betten. Wir sind weg! Der Ort auf dem Hügel ist billiger und sauber.

Die Person, die mich am Samstag empfangen und eingecheckt hat, war hilfreich. Sie sagte mir, wo ich Essen finden kann und wo ich eine Vigil-Messe finden kann.

Die Baumwollbettlaken waren sauber und gebügelt. Die Matratze war in einer Plastikfolie eingehüllt. Es gab keine Bettwanzen.

Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber.

Gute Lage in der Nähe der Plaza Mayor.

Ich war dankbar für eine gute Nachtruhe in einem sauberen Raum. 🙏

I found a bed bug on my bed. Another person in my room also found one. We told the woman in charge and at first she was understanding but when we ultimately decided to leave she was very rude and only refunded us 5 euros of the 12 we paid. She said becuase we used the showers but I hadn’t even used anything. She tried to blame us for bringing the bed bugs and then called the new place we were going to and told the owner not to accept us because we had bed bugs. Luckily he ignored her. Later she kicked out other people who brought up the fact that there were bed bugs. Totally unprofessional!

I decided at the last moment to have a private room, it was lovely, I was able to have a hot bath, delightful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Our twin room is comfortable, spacious, and very clean.
The hospitalera is lovely.

This accommodation was very bad, I already found bed bugs in the afternoon but the receptionist denied they had bed bugs. At night I found more bed bugs. Based on reviews from other guests, they have bed bugs all the time.

Stayed here because of reviews! The pics are definitely nicer than what it looks like. Also be aware of BED BUGS! Woke up with bites all over my neck, shoulders, and back region!
