Die Herberge liegt sehr nah an der Kathedrale und der Altstadt, was sie zu einem ausgezeichneten Ort zum Erkunden der Stadt macht.

Ich kam am Samstag um 16:00 Uhr an und wurde von einer Selbstbedienungs-Check-in-Maschine empfangen. Es gab kein Rezeptionspersonal vor Ort, obwohl die Maschine mit einem Call-Center verbunden war und die Personen am anderen Ende waren ziemlich hilfreich.

Mir wurde ein Privatraum mit einem sehr großen, komfortablen Bett und einer Terrasse zugewiesen. Leider befindet sich auf der Terrasse eine große Motoreinheit, die tagsüber und nachts ständig an- und ausschaltet und erheblichen Lärm verursacht.

Ich hatte mich bewusst für ein Privatraum entschieden, um Ruhe und Stille zu haben, daher war das sehr enttäuschend.

Das Personal konnte mich in dieser Nacht nicht verlegen, da keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar waren, versprachen mir aber, mein Zimmer für die folgende Nacht zu wechseln.

Wenn Sie planen, hier zu bleiben und ein Privatraum zu buchen, empfehle ich, ein anderes Zimmer als Zimmer 201 anzufordern.

Great location, friendly staff on site until 20:00, electronic after. Very quiet and reasonably priced especially if shared. Highly recommend.

We chose this albuergue because it said it had air conditioning. The first impression was nice, the host spoke great English and the building was lovely. It’s a great location, steps from the cathedral. However, our first room was 84 degrees. When we told the management he told us that “The air conditioning was broken”. Confused why he put us in that room then. He did move us to another room, same problem, no cool air. The other problem was the showers, they turned from hot to cold with no warning, so you were constantly getting scalded or frozen.

Camino de Sant…

A perfect room for two on the Camino. A stone’s throw from the cathedral. Kitchen downstairs, so you can cook. A worthwhile place to rest weary legs. Would stay here again. English speaking receptionist who was lovely.

It’s very near to the Cathedral and centre of town. English speaken receptionist, clean and a good breakfast.Recommended.
