The best stay so far. Staff very helpful, facilities clean and spacious, delicious food.
An oasis after the long walk from Burgos.

What a wonderful place in the middle of nowhere- Hontanas. A must stay and the Spa is €15 when you have a bed at the albergue. Everything is new, plastic wrapping still on parts of the bed. Fab showers, lots of hot water, great balcony, warm duvets. Dinner is paella - still to taste it yet, but I'm already sure it's going to be brilliant!

Beautiful, clean, warm, comfortable albergue with kind staff. I loved the soft blankets and pillows are also comfy. Fully equipped kitchen for anyone wishing to cook.

Fint ophold med gode faciliteter. Mange senge, men man sover godt i dem og der er rent og pænt. Prøvede ikke spa til 25€ men så lækkert ud. Desværre fuldt booket til dinner, så den måtte jeg til nabo albergue og tage.

The private rooms are in a separate building - very nice facility and great sheets, duvets, shower, and a lovely common sitting area. BUT the 2 windows open to a busy plaza that's full of locals until midnight and then pilgrims at breakfast starting about 630 as well as an extremely bright streetlight. So only with the extra $$ if it's a cold night where you can close up the windows.

My favourite albergue yet. Staff are all beautiful humans who greeted us with smiles and care after a long hot day on the Camino.
So clean and organised, including hand Soap in bathrooms (frightening how many places neglect basic infection control).
Each bed has own PowerPoint and bedside light.
Deck for drying clothes and good laundry area for hand washing.
Hydrotherapy spa - we were lucky they were offering free entry if you paid for communal dinner + dorm bed.
Well ventilated with ample doors and windows.

They have lots to offer; spa, cold foot bath outdoors, sturdy bunks, nice shower area, bar with outside seating, great dinner in a beautiful dining room!
