Arrived and were quickly herded from check in to kitchen back to check in then to our room. The room itself was nice, a few beds and private bath. However, the rude awakening came in the morning, when a man let himself into our room of all girls and turned on the lights. Shortly after returning to ask us to remove our bedsheets and leaving the door open. We were quite shocked, as we assumed that we could take the bedsheets down at checkout at 8:30. The man came back once again to insist that we take our bedsheets downstairs, again leaving the door open. Pretty quiet night sleep, but maybe not worth the in-room wake up, which was not at all expected or appreciated.

I had a private room for 24 euro. Shared with a friend. Run by Marist priests (society of Mary) and volunteers. Offer community cafe, mass, vespers with the nuns, pilgrim meal which everyone brings something. I brought a taco seasoning from home and made tacos (such that you can in Spain) and it was a great experience. There is also evening prayers in the Alburgue. All optional. Really a special place. Highly recommend.

Stayed last night in a 3 bed dormitorio with a shared bathroom. Very clean, good location. I would stay here again.

Greeted by kind religious fraternity. We were given a room with 2 beds and a private bathroom for 12 euros each. Blankets supplied. Big sunny courtyard. Great breakfast with meats, cheeses, muffins, baguettes, tea, coffee, juice by donation.pilgrims mass at 6.30 and Dia supermarket across the road. Town square 2 min walk. Recommended.

Very kind monks(?) running this place. I came in late as the previous town was booked. This is just heaven, all 2-4people a room with en-suite bathroom! Had a very good sleep.
In the evening there is a special pelgrims mass (for everyone in town) and vesper singing from quite a big group of nuns afterwards.

Diner was amazing, every one bought food to share and we had a great international meal! The volunteers made the soup and did the dishes. Felt well taken care of, thank you!!!!

A lot of really stellar comments here and while I would use it again, it’s certainly not the best albergue ever. But it’s cheap! The dorms are 3-4 ppl per room with a bathroom attached which is kinda nice. They split you by gender. The check in was kinda chaotic and maybe the volunteers were new that day or something - they seemed stressed. Otherwise, everything felt pretty outdated, wifi didn’t work in the bedrooms, and there aren’t enough plugs in each room

We stayed at this lovely albergue that has all the amenities every pilgrim will need. Clean dorm rooms and private rooms, strong hot showers, comfy beds, and a good reliable wifi. In addition, this albergue is centrally located and is close to shops and a supermarket.
But what really impressed us the most is the warm hospitality accorded us from the welcome drink, to the pilgrims mass and blessing and the communal dinner and breakfast that followed. This albergue has imbibed the values of every pilgrim in sharing and taking care of one another. Thanks to the Marist community for taking the lead thru example!

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The mass and blessing service were lovely. The meal was delicious and surprisingly came together even though it’s an unconventional format. Beds were comfortable. Big blankets available.
