Alberguet er en af de første bygninger i byen, instruktioner til at få nøglen er på døren ... generelt placeret ved Ayuntamiento eller Hogar de Penionista. Tidlig morgenkaffe kan fås på tankstationen, når man forlader byen.

The Road

Caminoen forlader byen ad N-630 et kort stykke. Ved Repsol-tankstationen drejer den mod højre for at krydse motorvejen. Den stiger blidt til Puerto de las Camellas (4,9 km). Stien er blød, indtil forstæderne til Cáceres begynder.

Caminoen går ind i den gamle bydel i Cáceres fra øst.

Not on the list of accommodations at Valdesalor, but this albergue is fantastic. Modern, clean. Has a pool and a wonderful pilgrim courtyard. You can get food up until 9pm (basic, but really good). It also has a small supermarket at the front. Owner friendly and accommodation.

Camino de Sant…

There is a lovely multi-tienda with all the grocery and basics open from 7 to 11. They have thoughtful pilgrim decorations and a garden terrace behind the shop. You can buy pizza and sandwiches any time. They also have locally- made artisinal ice cream.
