Mere end halvvejs mellem San Nicolás og Sahagún forlader caminoen grusvejen og krydser motorvejen. Den går mod Ermita de la Virgen del Puente. Lige efter ermita står et monument, som markerer det geografiske centrum af caminoen, halvvejspunktet. Naturligvis går regnestykket ikke helt op, men du kan være sikker på, at du har krydset dette halvvejspunkt på et tidspunkt mellem Moratinos og Sahagún.

Camino de Sant… (ikke efterprøvet)

We went here after seeing the fun signs and it was delicious!! There was a deal for big coffee, fresh Juice, and toast with tomato and cheese for 5.50. Highly recommend for the charming setting and tasty food.

Camino de Sant… (ikke efterprøvet)

After San Nicolas del real Camino the signposted Camino is next to the highway all the way to the Ermita. I wasn't sure why the difference so followed the signs but I imagine the map on this app would have been a nicer walk if it still works. Might be worth documenting both as you have in other places if the old path still works.

Camino de Sant…

You may see signs suggesting the "2nd bar" is excellent (one was signed by Socrates). I stopped in and found José and his bar to be very friendly and served good fresh food in a pleasant clean café. I would stop here again for certain. Cheers!

Camino de Sant…

Right when you enter San Nicolás there’s an albuerge/restaurant. The owner sold me a Coke for 1€ in spanish. Then he changed the price to 2€ in english when he figured my spanish wasn’t fluent. “2€! Take it or leave!”

Camino de Sant…

Half way geographic point in at the outskirts of Sahagún if you walk via the river (not on the road into town). Very nice. Don’t miss it

Camino de Sant…

After you pass Sunday Camino signed take you to the right so you parallel the road. Rather than following the map which seems to go more into the country. I'm not sure why. It meets up later on by the ermita.
