La subida desde Salas es preciosa y merece el esfuerzo llegar hasta este maravilloso lugar donde Nicolás, Cyrielle y Senda te reciben con mucho cariño, cena y desayuno comunitario, habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas, de 2 y 3 personas... increíble las vistas desde el albergue, es una casa tradicional jacobea donde puedes sentir el verdadero espíritu del camino, y a demás a Donativo, nosotros dejamos 30€ cada uno, pensamos que era lo mínimo por el gran servicio que nos ofrecieron, además éramos 2 y nos dieron una habitación doble....perfecto para descansar, si ruidos y mucha calma... sin duda volveremos.

Nicolás took great care of us, everything is super clean, the dinner was great and abundant as well as the breakfast, you can feel the true spirit of the road, there are few hostels like this where love and passion for the road come together, thank you, we will return.

Hola, soy Nicolás de la posada de peregrinos Fontenonaya, quisiera contestar al comentario anterior, Somis una casa de acogida tradicional jacobea y sí, esta es nuestra casa, las humedades en las casa después de más de 2 semanas de lluvias son bastante normales, aunque ya se han arreglado, la cena con lentejas vegetarianas, ensalada, fruta, yogurt, pan casero, el vino no lo ponemos nosotros, la botella de vino que había en la mesa la trajo un peregrino y la puso allí para compartirla con los demás peregrinos, pero por lo visto a tí no te pareció suficiente, pero es más de lo que tu pusiste, y no tenemos caja de donativo porque nos gusta mirar a los ojos cuando nos agradecen nuestra hospitalidad, erais 4 peregrinos y os fuisteis sin dejar nada de donativo y fui a preguntaros porqué no habíais dejado, quizá os hacía falta dinero.... ahora entiendo vuestro comentario negativo... demasiado rencor en vuestro corazón porque queríais marcharos sin dejar Donativo, pero no fué posible porque el Donativo aquí se da en mano... que lástima!! os salió mal la jugada... quizá no deberías volver a ningún otro albergue de Donativo o ni siquiera al camino, mejor quédate en casa con papá y mamá, ellos seguro pagarán tus caprichos de niño mimado..... menudo panorama...

This is a private home , being run as a Donation Albergue. Unfortunately very mouldy bathroom and bedroom I slept in . Mould on the ceiling , window frames covered with mould in the bedroom. One small bathroom with the toilet in it , so tricky with ten staying. Pilgrims were showering and no one could use the toilet. Bit awkward. Dinner felt like it was put together as cheaply as possible, very watery soup and bread , with a salad of lettuce, tomato and onion . One bottle of wine for the table of ten Pilgrims. There was no donation box , it went to the owner , which may be uncomfortable for some .

I really enjoyed evening in Albuquerque. Atmosphere around the table was excellent and talks with other pilgrims were great. Super laundry service in very cold May, 2024 was appreciated:)

An amazing stay. Hosts were wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Family dinner (included) and breakfast (also included) were incredible. Laundry service was convenient! Rooms were very comfortable and cozy, farm views out of every window. Bring a bottle of wine and enjoy!

Half dormitory. Half small rooms. Great hospitality

We messaged that one of us is gluten free and he accommodated dinner and breakfast Very kind.

Recommend. Donativo.
