All Caminos App User (ikke efterprøvet)

Sørg for at holde dine værdigenstande under din pude.

FYI - the albergue has two buildings and one of them is currently being renovated which means the listed capacity of 70 beds is currently only half of that. Not sure how long the construction will take but keep it in mind if you are planning on staying here over the next few weeks.

I really appreciated having a private bathroom where I could shower and then change without having to do so in the shower stall. You can find these bathrooms where you check in.

The rooms were more crowded than some of the other auberges and the women’s bathroom had two showers facing each other so you weren’t completely private and people could open the door to the outside because the toilet was just out the front of the shower areas but there were two totally private showers downstairs so I just used one of those. It had a proper kitchen you could cook in and a separate dining area as well as plenty of spaces to sit together outside. It was quite a good Albergue and was right on the Camino. This is the one day I started walking before dawn and I had no problems.

No hand soap available in bathrooms, plenty of sick pilgrims around and illness tore through everyone in the days following. If you don’t make point of contact hand hygiene available no one will do it and illness will spread.
Kitchen was very dirty and didn’t look as though it had been cleaned in days.
Flies EVERYWHERE inside and outside.
Also unpleasant experience with the masseuse - do not recommend signing up for a massage.

A big albergue just outside of the main square and the cathedral. Quiet place spacious courtyard, we were only two in our little bedroom without doors. Shower is good. You can cook in the kitchen or go to a local cafe just two minutes walk across the river. It was very clean and efficient check in process. Nice stay for 8€

For 8€, it worked, a bed and a shower. There were 34 bunks in the room (that's a total of 34 beds, not double that). The showers had hot water. There were only two toilet stalls, but it seemed to work. I only had to wait once. There were no meals, but I picked up some tapas and glass of wine at a local bar for less than 6€.
It was a bit stuffy in the room overnight, but I'd rather be warm than cold, so it worked for me.

Camino de Sant… (ikke efterprøvet)

Very clean. The check in was a little slow but it was organized. There was a nice sitting area outside while you waited. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not much space between the beds, about a foot and a half

Camino de Sant…

I stayed here in June 2015. It is run by the Flemish Association and they couldn't have be more welcoming. It's a simple place, but clean and does what it needs to. The local kids hang out the front of the Albergue at night and can sometimes be a bit cheeky/noisy, but I'd definitely stay here again.

Camino de Sant…

I have stayed here on 3 Camino’s and I love the beer vending machine in the kitchen. It’s nice to grab a beer and take a hot shower. Also a area to wash your clothes by hand and Calliger Hand Crank ‘squeegee’ for you Youngblood’s go ahead and google that so you know how to use it, it helps your laundry get the water out to dry quicker. Kitchen is small but has lots of pans and utensils. It’s satisfying. I like this place.
