All Caminos App User (ikke efterprøvet)

Jeg ville kun blive her, hvis jeg var i knibe. Alt er lavt niveau

We stayed here August 30 and we chose a private room. Sometimes my wife and I like some privacy. The price was 35 euros per person including dinner, which is vegan.
For starters you do need cash. The place is a bit “alternative”. Nothing wrong with that.
The place is run by a couple of young people. And that’s where the positive stops.
We indeed had a private room with a double bed That was not very comfortable. We have no key to close the room so anybody can come in whenever they wanted and the door didn’t even closed normally. We had to use our backpack to keep the door closed.
The garden that years ago looked very nice has now been overgrown . So there is not much maintenance that has been done there.
The house itself is also not a really good shape.
Then we had dinner . we got served a cold carrot soup and after that we got summarise with chickpeas and some kind of brown sauce. The best part was the dessert which was just watermelon. I have used the toilet the whole night because something didn’t agree with what was served that day. The food they prepared for themselves smelled way better..
so €70 for dad’s room even with dinner was a rip off . And believe me we have been in a lot. I mean a lot of hostels in Albergue all over the place. This is not worth it..

Cafe La Mochila is a no-go. Worst breakfast (and expensive) in my life. But a very nice waitress. Instead, skip it and co to Cafe Tachu right next door.

It is a nice place to stay. Matresses are good and had a good sleep. The owner is so kind and caring, and the food was realy tasty! Nothing is to much for her. The paintings on the wall are very powerful messages to the world! Love it!

This place is ok but the bunk bed price did not include dinner and breakfast. I stayed in a 3 bed room in a double bed and had breakfast and dinner for 35 euros. Nothing outstanding but the owners wife was very kind and worked hard. One of my room mates was very sick during the night and she was so worried about him.

Camino de Sant… (ikke efterprøvet)

I am afraid this albergue was not up to standard. It is in need of refurbishment and upgrading. A single extension block of sockets for 6 beds and no individual lights. Metal bunk beds that squeaked and uncomfortable mattress. The meal was poor and the 2nd course brought out before we had finished the 1st and therefore went cold. It was as if the staff wanted to finish their duties asap and clearing up left to the next day. One to avoid I’m afraid.

Camino de Sant…

We stayed here and got very little sleep. The beds were uncomfortable and dusty. Not clean at all. Little black flies everywhere. The door was locked at 8pm and if it wasn’t for other pilgrims inside we would have bees locked out for the night.

Camino de Sant…

It’s a very charming Albergue in a historic building. The facilities maybe a little jaded but the food and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. They have vegetarian on the pilgrims menu, it is all homemade and very tasty. Great nights sleep - they also have a room with single beds, and bunk beds. The garden outside the back is very nice to relax in.

Camino de Sant…

Nice laid back place with a bar and nice shaded garden area. Delicious meals with hard working staff. Typical bunkbeds, strip plugs for electric in one corner not by each bed.

Camino de Sant…

Closed for COVID. You can, however, rent the whole place on Booking if you have a group
