Camino de Sant…

We made a booking on Booking.com but they didn’t know about it when we arrived. Not at all a pilgrim’s hostel. No laundry facilities. Small, damp and not so clean bathroom. On a busy road. Restaurant at the hostel was our only option since it was a Sunday. Food was good, but expensive. Would not recommend staying here. Walk the extra 2k to Pendueles.

Camino de Sant…

Walked on from Colombres which was full and landed at this hostel which is on the main drag. Attached to a nice bar with seating area out the front and restaurant which had a pilgrim menu. Couldn’t fault it.

Camino de Sant…

Several bed bugs in different sizes in two beds. There was also bed bugs poop on the beds. Plus no soap in the toilets and low hospitality concerning the bed bugs, only were concerned about their problem and not the drama for the guests. REMEMBER: never put your bag close to the bed!!!! And put everything in the dryer for more than 60 degrees!!!

Camino de Sant…

Not sure if it’s still a pilgrim albergue, as it seems they’ve repurposed themselves during Covid times. Got a double room in this large and nice building with lots of amenities. Bar with dinner available on the terrace out front. Breakfast not till 8:30 though. Clean and enjoyable stay, in a surprisingly cute village.
