Very dirty, noisy and there’s a bar/restaurant on the first floor, but the kitchen is on the second floor, so the smell of fat and food goes all the way to tge apartments… There’s people walking the stairs to get to the kitchen with dirt dishes and out of the stairs with food. Terrible and unsanitary.
